Export License Advisor (ELISA) is used by applicants to track the status of Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ), Dual-Use (DU), and Munitions (MUN) license applications and requests via a web browser.
IMPORTANT: You do not need an account to use ELISA.
1. Open a web browser and go to http://elisa.dtsa.mil
The ELISA home page appears.

2. You must enter the Captcha code in the text box.
If you enter the Captcha code correctly, an ELISA web page appears with the search box.
If you enter the Captcha code incorrectly, an error message appears stating, "Please enter correct CAPTCHA text."
